No to Go is a simple and effective behaviour management strategy that supports the development of executive functions while decreasing conflict situations and increasing met expectations. No to Go recognizes the importance of feelings in self-regulation however believes feelings do not have to equate to causation and focuses on lasting strategies and skill development. No to Go keeps interventions simple and focused, can be repeated/transferred into most situations and compliments current evidence based interventions.
During this training participants can expect to learn about observable behaviours, building resiliency, engaging in empathetic conversation to support conflict resolution, learning appropriate calming strategies and strategies to avoid, creating visuals, identifying reinforcements and how to use these correctly to increase met expectations and support the development of executive functions.
